Andy was born and raised in Jackson County. He is a retired Director of the State Public Safety Training Center in Athens and is currently the Managing Partner at Inland Realty, LLC.. He hold degrees in Sociology, Criminal Justice, and in Public Administration. He is also currently a Professor at Athens Technical College, in Athens.
